3000mg of Full Spectrum (0.2% THC), hemp-derived organic cannabis extract in MCT Oil

Dosing Guidelines

Starting Point: 

  • Five Drops = 25 mg of CBD or  
  • 0.25ml Graduation = 25 mg of CBD

Placement = Under the tongue (sublingual)
Timing:  Wait 60-90 seconds before swallowing
Onset = 15 - 60 mins
Duration = 6-9 hours  
Frequency = Twice daily.   
Up-Titration = After your first week of low dosing, you can begin adding 1-2 drops to your dose every three days to find your optimal dose requirements. 
Track: your outcomes using a journal and or smart tech.

 
*Do NOT: Swallow the oil straight away; this will degrade the cannabinoids and absorption considerably.

Under the Food Safety Authorities (FSA) guidelines, please do not exceed 70 mg a day.
